- 1lb Fine ground wild pork
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh sage (from the garden)
- 1 rounded teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
This recipe is for mild breakfast sausage so it’s not too spicy for my kids, you could add more red pepper flakes. I usually cook the sausage in bacon grease. Enjoy!
